Anyone had experience with any of these companies? I didn't take out Noritsu's insurance deal (scam) and only recently discovered that their refurbed units have only a paltry 60 day warranty

We give one year warranty on the repaired laser.

Only from Holo Spectra. One person from this forum fixed his laser unit with that company and he said to me everything was ok, and warranty was for one year. It would be useful any extra information about this companies.

Can you tell us the cost of sending the laser to USA, and how did you send to ensure the unit laser don't receive any damage?

panmax is my Russian customer. I did laser for him in Moscow before I moved to USA. I surprised to meet him in MLH, we lost contacts since I'm not there.

I had here very few lasers from EU, but usually I pay for (FedEx) shipment overseas $280-360, depending of destination and weight of the package. Concerning the damages, we had some about two years ago, and since that time I always ask my customers to pack lasers in double box. First bouble wrap, then internal box, next is chips or one more bouble wrap roll, then outer box. It's safe. Please don't use polyfoam because I tired to lead a stupid battle with small white balls...

I TAKE QSS 3202 AND I HAD PROBLEM WITH YELLOW LINES IN THE PRINT , I CHANGED  THE AOM   AND  03  OR 04 MONTH THE PROBLEM APEARS AGAIN  I  USED THE NEW TYPE OF AOM IS THE SAME 03 MONTH THE PROBLEM APEARS  I CONTACT LASEREPAIR    AND I GIVE  HIM MY LASER  IT WAS REPAIRED  IN FEW TIME  AND I 'M  SATISFIED  NOW

I also have a problem with my Laser Noritsu QSS 3001. I have contacted Laser Refinery in Brea (California). The cost with the repair is $2800. Has anybody do any repair with Laser Refinery.
