I'm new to the forum I simpathize with your problem. I also own a 2300 in the past four years I've replaced two Platform Ctrl D111 pcb's at nearly £900 quid a throw the last time it broken it took my supplier 4 weeks to get me one from Japan and cost me £6,000 in work being sent out to keep deadlines and then it was the wrong one so in the end I had it repaired myself for £200 quid. So my advice is don't mess about with big suppliers because they will let you down and cost you a fortune.

Use D103, because  D108 is not  available  and update master board , otherwise lens will move wrong direction
