Hello everyone. I own AGFU DLAB-3 and before 3 months when she began to start eliminates mistakes PR: POWER / PAPER GAIN VALUE BLUE can not be SET, PAPER calibration. After warming chemistry machine and reset it all the time down to work normally. I talked with the service that  set the machine and they say it is a small thing, because a laser is still new (2500 hours) FLR was serviced 15 months ago and AOM are very good condition and that it is a consequence of temperature changes in store. Is the bass and what I hope? Thanks in advance for your help.
PS: Since do not know enough English language I used a site that has a Dictionary of the English translation of my message. I hope you understand what I wanted to say.

can you tell me what laser power and laser current of the gas laser at the moment.
also can you check if the monitordiode gain setup values match the value on the top of the FLR.

Laser power 1880mV and laser current 5.7A.Can you explain to me where I read the setup parameters (monitordiode gain values match the value on the top of the FLR), and which parameters to confirm that something is wrong.

First the laser power is higher than it should be .

Then ,on the cover Of the FLR there are three values was written by hand for red, green, blue.

this value should be the same in the setup value ,to chech, go to the service.

scripts for service/printer/laser/monitordiode_gain_setup.txt

check your developer is it OK if yes,
swap the AOM Blue and green and see
if your error message turn to the green power then it's your problem .

In the meantime I had a visit to the service which readjust the fiber cable and then machine works normally. He did not swap the AOM Blue and green.
