DKS3 1610 for Sale - Complete or as Parts

Recommended Posts

I've decided to sell my DKS3. There is a fault on the tank board, that prevents the racks starting, which I have bypassed with a 12V supply direct to the rack motor and it works enough to produce prints. It would make a good back up or donor machine. It has been stored inside a van, and could be delivered in the UK. I'm based near Bath in England and can demonstrate the machine if you want.. If there is no interest in the complete machine, it will be stripped down for parts and scrap so that I can get the space back.

As a complete machine, with some spare parts such as springs and bushes, rack motors, rollers, filters etc I'd be looking for £1000.00 delivered anywhere in England or Wales. For overseas buyers, I could take it to a shipping agent in the UK, but you would need to take all responsibility from there. In both cases, the buyer or the shipping agent would need to have the facility to offload the machine from the van. Any questions, feel free to ask.

Cheers

Ray

How many people are actually running a DKS3 machine? I've not had any interest in mine, so the next step is to strip it down to a collection of spare parts, and put them on ebay. Which parts would be of interest?

I'm based in the UK. Whereabouts are you? I still have the machine, but I shut down from December until March, so would either need to conclude by the end of next week or leave it until Aprilh. The tank board is a faulty unit which fails to supply 12V to the rack motors, although I have used the machine by connecting a 12V supply direct to the rack motor. Other parts work as expected. If you want to make an offer on the parts you want let me know, but obviously shipping  would be for you to arrange.
