  1. Did read the backup, no change. What do you mean by check the position of the 120AFC in scanner
  2. The image process pcb, d-ice pcb and 2 image correction boards were replaced. Everything works but the 120 carrier. The board has built on ram. We need the area registration done. Is there someone in the New York area that has the 120 focus chart?
  3. I have never seen the focus charts where are they found?
  4. 2901 Very Dark Prints

    That did it, thanks.
  5. We just replaced the image process pcb board, the 35mm carrier and 35mm slide carrier work fine. The 120 carrier gives us this error message. We changed the scanner lamp and cleaned the carrier. Any idea? Thanks, Harry
  6. 2901 Very Dark Prints

Tried the backup first, no luck
  7. Hi, On our daily setup the prints come out fine. When we print it comes out very dark and when we scan under & over negatives come out very magenta. Any ideas what this could be?
  8. Does anyone have a solution for this, we are getting black dots in the same place, when using 35mm negative carrier. I attached a photo, the area is outlined in red. We cleaned the carrier and the lamp housing
  9. 2901 6820-0004

Thanks, would you be able to tell me the approximate location of these boards
  10. 2901 6820-0004

When printing from negatives getting this error. Printing from hard drive no problems. Any ideas?
  11. 2901 Prints Go Yellow

Test is fine and prints are fine. As you print it goes yellow. If you turn the printer power off and then on again. It's fine again for a while.
  12. While printing our prints are fine and then all of a sudden they go totally yellowish. After turning machine off and on, you can print for a while and then it happens again. It seems to happen more often now. Any suggestions? Thanks, Harry
  13. Magenta Fringe on Blacks

The load voltage adjustment is where the black level adjustment is but, you have to be in service mode. It worked out well. I also redid the uniformity.
  14. Magenta Fringe on Blacks

It seems that it was a machine problem. I did a load voltage adjustment and then a black level adjustment and that made a big difference. i am now running the uniformity patterns 2,3 & 4 because after the adjustment I had definite uniformity lines. Hopefully, that will be it.
