  1. Thank you very much. Problem solved. On PRINTER I/O PCB 1 I found a faulty relay and 24V missing. I replaced the relay and now it works. All the best.
  2. Hi all. I have the same error 6017-0004, the same type of minilab. Paper stops before the roler it is driven by Exposure advance motor 1. Exposure advance motor 1&2 don't work in I/O check. All other sensors and motors are ok. Please, can help me someone with wiring diagrams for QSS3001 and any good idea? Thanks.
  3. Qss-3301 Cyan Spots

Yes, the problem is solved. I said in the previous post. The bleach-fix gets on the squeegee rollers in the second crossover rack. I had to wash thoroughly rollers at the entrance. Please excuse me if I was not clear.
  4. Qss-3301 Cyan Spots

I washed up the second cross-over rack, but the spots still appear. I inverted cross-over no. 2 with 5 and the pictures came out OK. It seems that the problem is in the cross-over 2. Thank you for your help. All the best.
  5. Qss-3301 Cyan Spots

I check input rack unit and is dry. The spots don't appear at first prints all the time, they appear after 50-60 pictures. You have another solution?

  8. This laboratory doesn't have installed standard Noritsu software . Have a different interface from what I know. I think the software was Kodak. In specifications, the terminal name appears DLS32-3. I installed ver. 3.0 PRO becouse the minilab was delivered without scanner.
  9. Hi I installed recently a Noritsu 3203. After installing the software ver. 3.0 PRO began to show the following message: 6179 B / G Laser Output Unit Error. I calibrate it, but shortly Kodak Endura paper has not been calibrated. After 2 weeks the same problem on Fujifilm paper. Can you help me please?
  10. I installed the software and it works. Thank you very much.
  11. Dear Sir I recently purchased one QSS 3203. The problem is it does not work. The minilab gives the following message: "6901-0010 ARCNET communication error. Scanner AFC". The minilab is bought without scanner. You must install other software, or removed an electronic board? What can I do? Please help me!
  12. Hi. In the photos have appeared some parallel lines of 2 to 2 millimeters. I posted a picture of those lines. Can someone help me? Thanks http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/337/defect750.jpg/

  15. Hi all. The LP7500 printer errors occurred E06901 - 0001, 0008,0009,521. I replaced the circuit board J391423, but with no effect. All current sources were checked and are OK. We observed in Printer control box2 a fan does not work. Normal the fan is allways on. The display does not show temperatures, but the processor heats. Please help me.
