Strange Spots On Negs Processed In V30P

I am finding these spots on negs processed in my V30P. Can anyone tell me where the source of the problem may be?  The spotting is much worse on B&W color negative films like Ilford XP2.  It's also much more apparent on 135 than 120 (but that may just be because of the extra enlargement during scanning of 135).
