Fuji DL600 problem

Recommended Posts

Does everyone here knows how to solve this problem?
When we turn on the printer, alarm is lighting red and the printer sound the warning buzzer.
Here attach the screenshot of PC, it always shows printer communication error”. We are sure everything already connected.
We try to press sorter drive switch manually. But it does not work.
We want to go through service mode to diagnose the problem. The printer does not appear on the Printer List.

Thank You for getting back to me!

It worked before. We can't see the printer from maintenance utility. It does not appear on the registered printer list/ Target printer list.

System application software version 6.01

MS01 4.2 FUJI

Any idea will be appreciated.

What you see if to press Add/Delete Printer? Printer doesn't appear here and you can't add it? Do you see printer on device manager? Open device manager and look - it appear, when printer connected and disappear when disconnect USB. Try other USB ports, reinstall driver, upgrade printer maintenance software to 6.04, or 6.05.One is clear - until you will not see printer on maintenance utility you will not see on Fuji software. Just for tests - connect printer USB to other computer and look device manager. If see on device manager then on this computer install maintenance software and try register printer there. You do not need to install MS software. If you doesn't see on other computer device manager then try replace USB cable. If it will not help - then main board doesn't have power supply, or board is faulty. Look printer circuit diagram and look voltages and connections there. Maybe then can see what is missing.
