Error trying to install MS11 2.0-0E-011 in Win7

Hello! 
I have the CD for MS11 ver.2.0-0E-011 and I already installed MS01 ver.4.2. When I try to install MS11 I get an error that says...

Error (111)
"Gaining of information on installing target folder failed.
Check the contents of installer INI file."

I click OK and then I get this other error

Error (20)
"Error occurred during reading data from INI file.
Check the contents of INI file."

There are MS11 versions for few scanners - SP500, SP-3000 and SP-2000 ( or similar ) . You should write scanner model. One MS11 should be installed on scanner and other on server. MS01 version also depends on scanner. Installing sequence depends on scanner also.

I have MS11 version 2.0-0E-011 and it is the reason that I know that this version is for SP-500. I checked my software and do not have errors. Contact your software supplier to get support. When software is from me I provide manuals, explain how to install and if need help do all online. Other software supplier should do the same.

Yes I was trying to be as specific as I could and forgot that part. The scanner is an SP500 and I contacted the supplier and he said there are no errors in the ISO. It was a private person, not a company,  so no support other than to say it worked for him in the past.
