E-2620 Frontier 570

Recommended Posts

Hello friends, how are you.

I need your help.

This morning, when starting the frontier 570, there was this error.

I've already cleaned the tanks and the resistors.

But the error still remains.

Temporary put jumper on connector PAC18 between pin 5 and 12. If even then have error - then problem with boards.
If error disappear then protective sensor is overheated and disconnected circuit. Need check and clean pipes, circulation pump, heater and filter.

Just now saw, that your P2 temperature is really higher, than should be. P2 settings - 40 degrees and real temperature is 45.5. Probably SSR is faulty and didn't disconnect heater. That is the reason why protective sensor is overheated, disconnects and you see error. Connect multimeter to connector PAC2 between pin 1 and 4 . Do not disconnect connector - just insert multimeter wires. If even when see OFF you have 230 V a.c. voltage then SSR, which controls P2 circuit is not working. Need replace, or repair PAC23 board.

Jumper for test on PAC18 can put only when temperature is normal, but see protection sensor error. Do not need to disconnect PAC18. Just put wire in the connector between pin 5 and 12. Here connected protective sensor. You have to be beside minilab, if want to do it. Jumper is only for tests. Do not leave this jumper there.

Hello
we found the solution to the problem.
You really helped us a lot.
The problem was in the SSR relay (photo attached) we changed it and now it is working normally.
Thank you very much for your help.
