If you see message, that initial setup was not executed then your minilab settings where lost. You need to load backup data. On backup are  initial setup data. When you load backup you will not see error and can make daily setup.

If you just installed software and do not have backup you need to make all tests ( initial setup, paper specification registration ( if use more than one paper type ) , make magazine registration ( for all magazines ) . Only after that can do daily test.

If have not backup might be you need to make many printer mechanical adjustments for each magazine ( from both positions - if have minilab with two magazines ) . So better to find your minilab backup ( on floppy, HD, or somewhere else ) . Do not load backup from other minilab. If you do it will loose all your minilab settings.

Backup is not on CD. Usually it is on floppy. Software offer do it during post operation menu. Also can be stored somewhere on hard disk. Search text .lzh on your hard disk. Maybe you find something there. Backup should be for your minilab. Can't load other.

When initial setup finished successfully error 6054 can't appear.  It can be if initial setup finished, but not successfully.

If to load other backup easy to make paper setup, but not so easy to do all mechanical adjustments. Need do all adjustments for all papers and from two positions ( if minilab is with two magazines ) .

If decide to load other minilab backup go into service mode and make current backup ( save service data ) . Then you have possibility to return.
