In Output Chesk mode, check if the red line of the LED unit is glowing. If the red line works, the scanner unit is faulty.
If the red line does not light up, try replacing the AFC / scanner driver PCB (J390768). If this does not solve the problem, you need to change the LED unit.

Here two colors missing - Red ( R )  and infrared ( IR ) . Do not think, that two LEDs can be faulty. On sensitivity check menu on only Red led. Look do you see light. Then turn on only infrared. Look do you see light ( can see only through mobile camera ) .

If LED is working, but you do not see on menu - probably scanner main pcb is not working. Also can be broken LVDS cable, but possibility is low.

Glad to share with you that after scanner backup data reload, scanner is back to normal.  strange. Thank you all. Thank you Dave S .

I'm glad it's sorted.

A lot of data needs to be communicated while the light source is being updated, so if the ARCNET communication is poor it is possible for the scanner data to get corrupted. This is why I asked you to run the ARCNET test to confirm if the communication is good or not.
