Minilab service 238 Report post Posted December 29, 2020 Your chemicals are bad. Might be CD is too weak, or it is contaminated. You have not good black ( it looks blueish ) and good white ( it looks slightly Cyan ) . In dark room into control strip holder insert piece of this paper. Part of paper will be inside and other part inside holder, Then bring this strip holder into the light. End of paper will be fogged and paper inside holder will not get light. Then put control strip holder into gap on processor cover and run processor. Paper will be processed. End of paper should be totally black and part from holder should be white. If have not black, or white - chemicals, or paper is bad. If chemicals are bad wash tanks and replace them. Check replenishment rates, filters, circulation pumps, calibrate temperatures and replenishment pumps. 1 Muratmert393 reacted to this

Minilab service 238 Report post Posted December 29, 2020 Run this paper through chemicals and look will you have good black and white. On your photo can't see they are good, or not. 6082-0504 means for a setup, the R Dmax setting value is out of allowable range. That means on print ( where is maximal density ) Cyan is not enough. If on processed paper Black and white are good might be Red AOM driver is not powerful enough. Run laser test and look results. Can try replace Red AOM driver ( to have more power on output ) . Can be, that for one paper laser power is enough, but for other - not. Try change other paper ( which already registered ) magazine code to code, which you have on new paper magazine. Make paper registration using it. When it will be finished put magazine with new paper and try to do emulsion number change.
