Minilab service 238 Report post Posted December 30, 2020 I-2691 means solution remains in the replenishment tank. It is when the replenisher lower limit sensor detects “solution exists” . W-2680 means number of prints exceeds limit. The integrated replenishment into the P1R exceeded the specified value. You see these messages, if printed specified amount of prints, when should be used all replenisher, but it remain in the tank. Drain the solution from replenishment tank. Then go to processor input check ( 0624 menu ) . There should see, that replenishment tanks are empty. If still see that lower limit sensor detects solution - sensor is dirty, or faulty. Clean sensor. If will not help - can be faulty sensor, connections, or CTP board. If on processor input check see that replenishment tanks are empty then manually install new cartridge ( 0646 menu ) . Check replenishment rates ( 0621 menu ) . Also calibrate replenishment pumps ( 0640 menu ) . If some replenishment pump doesn't work - clean, repair, or replace it.

Minilab service 238 Report post Posted December 30, 2020 On your picture P1R, P2RA, P2RA lower sensors still see chemicals. If you see W-2680 that means on minilab where printed specified amount of prints, when should be used all replenisher, but they remain in the tanks. Check replenishment rates ( 0621 menu ) . Also calibrate replenishment pumps ( 0640 menu ) . If some replenishment pump doesn't work - clean, repair, or replace it. After that drain all replenishment tanks. Return to processor input check ( 0624 menu ) . There should see, that replenishment tanks are empty. If still see that lower limit sensor detects solution - sensor is dirty, or faulty. Clean sensors. If will not help - can be faulty sensor, connections, or CTP board. If on 0624 menu all correct ( P1R, P2RA, P2RA lower sensors do not see liquid ) then manually install new cartridge ( 0646 menu ) . After that you can to print. laura 0 Report post Posted January 9 I know: the p2rb pump does not work well and I do not understand why I have disassembled and cleaned it many times but it did not deliver.
yokololo123 0 Report post Posted January 9 (edited) The pipe that goes in and out of the pump has a cone in each of them, one of which may be clogged. Or rupture and the fluid does not pass properly... Edited January 9 by yokololo123
Minilab service 238 Report post Posted January 9 Test pump from output check. Look with multimeter - you have voltage on pump, or not. Check pipes - maybe they are dirty and clogged. If pump is faulty - replace it. If pump will not work your BF will be bad and photo will not be processed well. Also after some amount of prints you see the same errors.
