Hello

I have Frontier 370, when Run the printer in first time in the day I get error E-2501 "Anti-dust shutter abnormal. Call technical representative".

I turned off the printer then I turned on it no error and I can print normally.

what is the wrong.

Probably foam under laser anti-dust shutter is old and became sticky. Then anti-dust shutter sometimes can't be opened and you see error. Check this foam, clean and if need replace it. 
Another possible reason - weak electromagnet, or it is some mechanical fault.

Remove laser unit, but do not disconnect it. Then from output check try to open - close anti-dust shutter. Then can see what is going there.

If anti-dust shutter opens, but still see error then need to check sensor circuit ( sensor, wiring, board ) .

I have the same issue, can the laser unit easy remove and does it need recalibrate afterward?
