Minilab service 249 Report post Posted January 4 Do you mean dryer stops to work? If yes - make sure, that dryer fan F760 rotates well. It is connected to connector PAC16. There should be about 100 a,c. Might be dryer overheats and dryer safety thermostat is disconnected. Thermostat is D760 and connected to connector PAC3 ( pin 4 and pin 8 ) . If safety thermostat disconnect can be bad cooling ( fan F760 ) , or bad heater ( short circuit in heater - H760 ) .
The dryer stops working and the section of the process where the chemo are and the photos go by stops working.

This failure causes the chemical process part and photo circulation to stop circulating and the dryer stops working.
Minilab service 249 Report post Posted January 4 What on your minilab stop : 1. Processor drive motor 2. Dryer fan and dryer. 3. All circulation pumps or all they. When they stop to work? After short time, or when work longer. Do you see any errors after that?
Minilab service 249 Report post Posted January 5 If I see well one relay is RY8 and other RY9. Look do you have P+24V voltage on connector PAC24 pin 2. Is it stable? Measure between this pin and ground ( PAC24 pin 3 ) . If have - check +24V after fuse CP3 ( voltage C +24V, it is on diode D5 cathode ) . This diode is beside relay RY9. Beside RY8 is diode D4. There to cathode P+24V connected directly.
