lp7500 all Chemical temperature does not rise

Recommended Posts

It is said that the chemical temperature has risen intermittently and not. When it does not go up, it may go up if you turn off and on the machine's breaker several times. There seems to be no problem with the relay and the board.

Could it be a software problem?

Do not think, that here problem with software. Do you have any error ( for example circulation pump, thermal protection sensors, cover sensors... ) . Go into input check and check sensor status. From output check test circulation pumps.

Probably it is some problem with processor relay pcb. Look do you have 230V a.c. between fuses F2 and F5, F2 and F6, F2 and F7.

On LP7500 can be installed new and modern Noritsu software ( system software version 19 and EZ controller version 7 ) . Last Fuji system software is very old ( version 4 ) . Noritsu system software has many advantages, if compare with Fuji. For example on Noritsu can adjust white balance and Fuji can print without it ( instead white - slightly yellow, or reddish ) . Write private message, if want to upgrade. Can help convert Fuji to Noritsu

I didn't asked to check fuses. Do you have VOLTAGE ( 230V a.c. ) between fuses F2 and F5, F2 and F6, F2 and F7 . First need to know it.

Take multimeter, select a.c. mode and range ( for example 700 V a.c. ) . Then power ON minilab. One multimeter wire connect to F2 and other connect to F5. Look do you have voltage there ( should be about 230V a.c. ) . Then check voltages between F2 and F6, F2 and F7 .

Hi
There can be many reasons we will start from the first.
Do you have the little device on the machine? And if so. What is written ?
Try pressing the dryer button for a few seconds. With it turns on after from here and starts to heat up this is a problem of the timer in the machine. Try it. and come back to update.
From what you describe it seems to be incorrectly defined.
