CT-SL trouble

Hi there

My CT-SL start to give message box "Windows no disk" and "There is no drive\device\harddisk1\DR3".

This come when customers put in USB stick. Message box pop up time arfter time.

I chanced usd drive letter no help. Enyone have same error.

Also on software side I try to chance letter but error 945 pop up on software side.

All letters are same as in manuals. I also take bluethoot away but no help.
