cecilh
None of our Kodak G4 kiosks work with Picture Movie DVD or transfer pictures to DVD. We got the latest DVD software enabler but still no luck success. Has anyone else had this problem?
Mr Noritsu
Running V4.1 and no problems. Not selling many, but when they are ordered, they work fine. Sorry I can't give you more.
cecilh
Thanks. What happens is that near the end of the verification stage the kiosk asks for a DVD. The DVD goes in and then after 20-30 seconds the DVD is ejected and a message saying that no DVD is entered appears. Tried with numerous DVDs without success across all kiosks. Strange one. Denis
Cecil, When you installed V4 you should also have had a special installation CD and be using special Movie Maker DVD'S. Ours have always worked ok but we don't sell a lot - to be fair we probably don't promote it enough. Lesley
Trevor brown
Get tetenal to send you a New DVD drive, we have had 3 out of 5 crash and by moving the drives around worked out what it was
Shahab Shahami
First Recover your Kiosk to the latest backup that you have and if its not working then try to swap the CD/DVD drives between your kiosks and see if its work otherwise call to your provider and try to get the new drive under the warranty. Dose your CD/DVD reads the media or not? if not dont waste your time and just recover it right now , good Luck
Teds
These drives are not very reliable, hence the new design on the G4XE
