If the Clik Kiosk is not producing the same colour result from the 9550 printer as from the 3020 printer, then the default generic profiles aren't up to the job and you will need to get the printers profiled.

The Clik 5000 interface includes an Easy Colour Management area that you can enter information into. Other models will need other approaches.

As to scanners, formerly Pakon scanners were often recommended for these kiosks, but these days most folk hook up Epsons.

In the UK you could try contacting www.photomart.co.uk's technical and colour management guys about this: iliyan@photomart.co.uk and jurie@photomart.co.uk. www.photomart.co.uk is an official UK distributor of Mitsubishi kiosk solutions.

Hope this helps!
