Adding original template to Whitech Kiosk

Happy New Year, everyone!

I'm new here and I have a question.  Hope someone help me.

I want to add our original template to our Whitech Kiosk.

I tried to make one in Photoshop CS2 then saved as PNG file.

Then I created new folder under Frames in Kiosk and put original template there.

Kiosk recognized the template but when I place a photo using the template,

it always where I want to put photo in became frame.

For example, if I create a template with a window for photo and background

then transfer to Kiosk, I see a photo where background should be and nothing in the window.

Is there any rule when I make template or is there certain way to install templates to Kiosk.

Hope someone can help me...

Thanks,

Hiro

There is a special program that generates the code required for this. Creating the .png is only part of the equation - you need to also have information where the placeholder should be and this is where the code comes in. The resulting file has a unique suffix that the Whitech kiosks can read. Check out the existing templates and see how they are composed. You could even try to modify one of those.
