Hiro
Happy New Year, everyone! I'm new here and I have a question. Hope someone help me. I want to add our original template to our Whitech Kiosk. I tried to make one in Photoshop CS2 then saved as PNG file. Then I created new folder under Frames in Kiosk and put original template there. Kiosk recognized the template but when I place a photo using the template, it always where I want to put photo in became frame. For example, if I create a template with a window for photo and background then transfer to Kiosk, I see a photo where background should be and nothing in the window. Is there any rule when I make template or is there certain way to install templates to Kiosk. Hope someone can help me... Thanks, Hiro
photosave
There is a special program that generates the code required for this. Creating the .png is only part of the equation - you need to also have information where the placeholder should be and this is where the code comes in. The resulting file has a unique suffix that the Whitech kiosks can read. Check out the existing templates and see how they are composed. You could even try to modify one of those. Hiro
Thank you for your reply, photosave. I'm just wondering if the special program is in whitech CD or not. Do you know name of the program? I'll have a look the CD... Thank you, Hiro
roger sargent
We have that program which we bought from a local distributor. Very easy to use. If you can not get a hold of one in your country I will give you the details of where you can buy it. Roger.
Hiro
Thanks roger. I will ask Fuji Australia as we bought our Kiosk from them with Whitech Software. If they have no idea, I will ask Whitech. Do you know what it called? Thank you, Hiro
