CAMERA HOUSE
Is your paper loaded correctly in magazine? Please reload.
CAMERA HOUSE
For incorrect length rollers on the machine, pulling paper from magazine need cleaning, also may be very smooth need to make them rough using sandpaper.
Vinay
have taped the rollers with the paper tape which has given some grip to the paper, however i still have that problem, also i have noticed one thing that the bearing (i dont know the exact term but i will try explaining the big ring where we load paper there are hexagonal bearings at each end are little tight) could that be the reason? foto.sk
It very common problem. You should ask your fuji technician for "modification of papier cutters by teflon tape".

foto.sk
So here you are. Just stick teflon tape in to the path of paper going from paper magazin on the bottom of paper cutter as you can see on enclosed images.
