Frontier 350 paper jam

Hello. I have this problem with my frontier 350. I have this error saying that paper jamed between exposure and distribution section. When I open the doors to check for the hamed paper, there is no paper but the pictures are glued together in the sorter. I have attached a picture. Please help.

this can be a very nasty problem.

It can be from anywhere, from the magazine, exposure section, racks, or dryer.

Anyway, it is a transport issue. Most of my problems have been in racks. If prints are glued and mostly wet between, then they overlapped in racks.

My oppinion.

Thanks for the reply. If it's a rack problem.....why I have this error with paper jam between exposure and distribution section (6).And then the printing stops.

And what could be the problem in the racks. Any specific ideea?

Chech the first rack if jams occurs at the place you mentionned. Then check at the lower rubber parts in the rollers rack (those whith rubber pins). If you can spin them around the axe freely with your finger, those are worned off and need replacement. It's more often than not the reason for stucked pictures when you can see liquid between them (in my young experience, at least )

racks have some rollers made of a rubber that swells at the edges, so the grip in the middle of the roller is lower. also there are spings that loosen, other rollers that wear off.

I believe you can check the tightness pulling a wet paper between suspected rollers.

Thanks for all the replys. Problem was solved by the tehnician. The problem was in the sensors D571, D572, D573 (alot of dirt etc) and in the suckers section. The suckers didn't grab de pictures and drop the in the right place(left right). Now it's working fine. Just printed 60 pictures 10x15 and everything it's ok. Thank you all. have a nice day
