village
I am getting a faint, dark line across the width of all prints. It is always 41mm from the feed end of the print. It also appears on the condition print. Where do I look for the problem?

Is ther any traces of pressure of needle from the back side of paper?
village
Thanks but the line is not in the same direction as the back print, it is 90 degrees to the feed direction.
