Bakul
Had a similar problem with our Frontier 7700 sometime back. I traced it down to back print ribbon can you believe it? It was getting old and had the edges shred. goes up with the paper and adheres to the exposure slit in front of laser glass. Please try to clean the glass and the slit and replace your ribbon with new one and you should be ok. Let's hope this is not a laser issue. Post the results please. horbien
My advice : Put out paper magazine Put out paper supply then Check inside the exposure deck with a torch , you have to find a very thin yarn ( cotton ) near the rollers , print line is not linear because when machine is printing the fan is working near the exposure deck. Machine should be turn on . In the manual part list , you can find the mecanism of the exposure deck a
Dobbo
The peg that opens the pick up plate has lost pressure and sometimes the gate doesn't open fully causing the paper to rub as it leaves the container. Is the door closing properly? Try adding a washer under the peg so it pushes the arm harder when you close the door.
sisir
There is a fiber dust inside the exposer/subscanning section. Please bringout the Laser unit and inspect carefully that there is a fiber in the sub-scanning rollers.
