Error message W-2411

Double check that there is no paper in the printer. If the error still occurs, check the finger sensors up the side doors to make sure that one of them isnt stuck under the metal plate. The sensor at the top turn is typically the one that sticks. Make sure that there is no paper between the printer and processor (it likes to hide there). If all this is fine, the sensors at the processor entrence section could be dirty. They are not easy to get to, but you could look at the manual for the removal of sensors D571, D572, and D573.

Hope this helps.

Good Luck.

I understand that this reply is very late but well... what belt do you mean? There is a roller but the only belt i see is the band where photos pass to move to the processor. I place an upkeep print and started the drive so it could take away the print from the middle. Upkeep print had no trouble passing to the processor section. Where is this belt that you mention?

Hello Miguela. Which Fuji printer do you have? Here is topic about LP-1500/LP-2000.
If you have LP-1500 or LP-2000 and see W-2411 error then go to input check and look paper sensor status ( sensors D541, D552, D560, D561, D562, D571, D572, D573 ) . When paper removed they should be light. Can be closed, dirty, or faulty sensor, bad connection, or faulty CTL20 board. Check what you have on your minilab and then can say more. If you have different printer - write model.
