Frontier 340 paper jams

I have a problem with my 340. We are having paper jams constantly, mainly in rack 1 and 2. but this then stops everything causing paper jams in the other racks, exit section and light section. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? I have scrubbed the crossovers in rack 1 and 2 as I thought this may be causing it, it helped slightly, but not completly.

Replace the green bearings (shaft supports) first, if problem persists it's more than likely the exit rollers in crossover 2 are the culprit, replace them with new ones, seems to work each time for me. It has a lot to do with the Pinch between the rollers that is important.

Check the worm gear in the top of the P1 rack. It can develop slack and then slip on the crosspin on the shaft.

I kept having this problem, it would come and go. Sometimes it would work for a week with not one jam and then the next day it wouldn't do one print without jamming. I replaced all the rollers, bushings, springs, etc.

It always showed as a paper jam in the exit section and I would have to pull the prints out of the divider between the printer and the processor.

We fixed ours by placing a small spacer behind the gear so it wouldn't slip on the crosspin on the shaft.

We are having the same error with our 340, the paper jams in differents places in the machine. In the beggining we thought it was humidity in the ambient so we started to use calefactor and it worked for a time but it doesn't working anymore. We have noted that the problem began when the film processor machine was disabled, how it works with high temperatures, we believe that it absorbed some of the moisture. Also, sometimes it doesn't pull the paper when it is changed. Someone knows what can be happening ?
