fotogruia
HI guys. I have a problem with my fuji frontier 350, the 4 by 6 prints are coming out of the printer stacked up on the next print, somtimes as many as four. I cleand up the top racks because i've found apiece of paper in the nr1 rack that the machine reported as jamed. I had this problem before and i solved it by cleaning the racks.... but now it doesn't seem to work. I think that the problem might be in the nr 1 tank (developer) or somewhere in the processing tanks because before the dryer they are allready stacked upon the next. If someone has had this problem please give me a solution. thank you!
white06lacrossecxs
My 355 has had this problem in the past. Check all of your gears on the sides of the rack and inside the rack head (the hidden spiral one especially), on ours it was caused by gears wearing out. Try and determine which rack is causing the trouble then check the gears to make sure they are all turning properly.
AJLA
This is certainly a problem with the racks which is causing the paper to pause as it's going through allowing the prints behind to catch up and stick. Time for investigating which rack for sure.
tech2
fotogruia, Also check your crossover racks, if your rollers are swollen they create a gap between them and the prints slip as they pass through and the next print catches up and overlays the next. theberah
Sometimes worn out green bushing may lead to this kind of problem.
sisir
Please check the crossover racks and its gears, also check the gear which drives the gears of the crossover racks. I found this problem at several machines several times.
Dobleobjetivo
I had the same problem. The paper jam or lag in the 6x4 size, occurred on one side of the racks. It turns out that one of the axes was fisuradoen the final. This jam was in the frame P2 Another problem I had was on the racks of the stabilizer. It was the rubber rings.
