need help errorno.5532 in fuji LP7500

Recommended Posts

Does this error come on very quickly or does it take several minutes?

I am not familiar with the 7500 but I do know all the others. When this has happened on the others it is due to buildup inside the heater block, usually P2. When this buildup gets to the point where it is insulating the liquid from absorbing enough heat, it causes the heater to get too hot. The safety thermostat is a small round temperature switch mounted to the side of the heater block. It may have a reset button on it since your are getting this error when you first start up each time. Clean the buildup with a small round brass brush. Don't use a steel brush or it will scratch the inside of the heater and cause the buildup to happen faster.

Good Luck, let us know what happens.
