The red laser in the Fuji's operate at 47 deg C. This is warmer than any environment it could possibly encounter so the idea of a bad cooling fan or insufficient cooling is not valid. It is either a bad heater (uses a transistor) or a bad thermistor (temperature sensor) or a bad circuit board or bad wiring between the laser unit and the circuit board. I have also seen bad information stored on the eeprom for the red laser cause this error. Please send a screenshot of the Exposure Check screen.

Hi Christina Rose, Sisir and others who contributed to this exchange.

I finally found the fault, thanks to your contribution. The LDD20 PCB for my Frontier 370, P.No: 113C893919E is faulty. The machine is giving error :E2515 and when we replaced the LDD20 with an other one the error disappears.

I was told it is possible to repair the LDD20 instead of buying a new one that costs in region of USD2k. Is there anyone who can advise me where to have it repaired?

I keep watching here for your help.

Thanks

Alpek

Gracias
