Kevbo37
I have run into this problem before. You are right to change the developer but you also need to change the bleach fix. Am I right is guessing that you do not do many prints each day? Your chemistry is getting diluted because of the daily rack washing and the refilling operation. I usually perform the rack washing each night but I stop it short after one cycle. Then I skip the refilling operation each morning. This is only a valid solution if you are not doing large quantities of prints each day.
surviving
I DONT KNOW if 1800 prints day is low or high i ll change the bleachfix and i ll see if the problem is solved please how is the best price of the aom thank s
Kevbo37
I believe 1800 prints per day is an adequate amount to keep your chemistry fresh. Contact National Laser Company in the classified section for the best deal to repair your AOM Driver if you determine that is the problem. Guest
you shoud always mention the model number in the question so that right advice to be given. It is good that you fix the problem by replacing the AOM. There was No Question of swaping AOM becuase Fuji Frontier 570 equipped with ONLY one AOM. www.spectrumcolors.com
ZAHEER SIDDIQUI
It looks that your Blue AOM is faulty to check you can intercahnge the Blue AOM with the Green then you must get green lines or shade instead of Blue. Cheapest refurbished AOM you can get for US$ 199 from Japan Its Part Number is I-124020-
