ID assignment problems installing MS01

Greetings, we have a Frontier LP7700, with 6 workstations installed, however we need to add more stations, but when it does start the MS01 no problems but when trying to send an order does not show the ID (A, B, C , etc), only shows the serial number. We do not know if it's because there is a limited number of stations or this error is due to another cause.

We have instaled MS01 version 2.5.5.39656 and N1 version 3.10. Windows Xp SP2. Thank you.
