LASER BURNING HOUR

Hi experts,

      recently i have purchased my second reconditioned frontier 370.The machine was installed

on 25th march. I check the burning hour of the three laser every morning before i start printing.

I am surprised to see the burning time of each laser.  I make 2000-2500 prints (4x6) everyday.

red laser used nearly 2.5 hours and other two are used nearly 4 hour 20 minutes. but my old

machine uses only 20-40 minutes for each lasers to make same number of prints. The only

difference is my new machine turned on for 10 hours everyday and the old one is turned on

for only 4 to 5 hours everyday.

     so please tell me whats going wrong with my new machine. is that ok if i run the machine

in this condition. I am afraid about the life of the laser.

     Please suggest me what to do. Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing that the lasers are still on even when no prints are being made. So the difference is down to the fact that your old machine is turned on for 5-6 hours less per day.
