printing Black text outer Glow yellow

I using Frontier 350, when I printed black text, the text was outer glow yellow.

I attact the file that I printed.

Please help me to solve out this problem.

I am sure you performed a condition print right? Then print a grid test print and look at the lines under a 15X loop. If you see yellow on all sides the black lines (above, below, to the right and left) you either have a laser that is out of focus or a dirty optic/mirror. If the yellow is just above or below or right or left of the line then you must perform alignment process through software.
