trina
I keep getting a paper jam in my dry section. It only happens when the paper gets down to about 20 meters left on the roll. It jams on the last print of every order. It is really annoying because I have to keep stopping and reprinting everything. A couple of times I have just thrown the roll out and put a new one on but that is a waste of paper. I can't decide which is worse-waste of time--or waste of paper. Any suggestions? photocorp
What machine is it? Are you sure the problemn is in the dryer....ther prints may be overlapping in the processor somewhere but finally bunch up in the dryer as they fuse together. nash
photocorp maybe correct there as i the same problem on the frontier 350. i sugest that you should wash and clean all the crosser overs and the racks first
Photographis
When you say 'dry section' do you mean pre-chemical or post? I am unsure of the paper transport system on this machine, but I sometimes get this on my 2611's, and it is a combination of curly paper (end of roll) and a need for re-calibration of the lifts. Easily sorted. good luck.

Photographis
very little to do with curly paper then..... A good clean and some TLC should help
manager
Check Crossover rollers if they keep tight the paper when you roll, the tightness of the crossovers on the racks because they can get loose, and maybe you have a too tight net in the dryer. sisir
I think, gears of crossover racks are damaged. Replace the gears with new one and the problem will be solved.
