i dont get black color

Hello for all:

I have frontier 550 and when i do upkeep i dont get black color.

the black color look like mixed with green color!

The problem isn't with the chemical i am sure...!

and i will send the pic later for more informations

Please i need your help.

first check little exposed paper passing thru the chemical and see the black area. if its looks green or bluish then need to order new CP49 startup kit.

i do that befor and i get black color,for that i conferm the problem isn't in the chemical

Is the machine geting enough turn over

I just want to know that you had exposed the paper for just few seconds not for a long period of time before processing

If you had checked paper & Chemestry by processing a paper (exposed for just few seconds) try reseting the condition up keep data for a new paper channel (register a new paper type & size) and run condition up keep for it.

we too have this problem, but only with DPII paper, LP7200 lab.

Supreme paper is fine.

thanks jvc my problem fixd by replacing the laser unit

and i ask if any one opend the laser and clean the merror from dust

i thing if i do that i dont need to chang the laser
