frontend slow

Just enter My Computer, choose the drive to defrag, right-click on it, go to Properties-Tools-Defragment Now.

This is elementary and might offend some of you, but who knows, maybe not everybody knows.

It is a good thing to also check your HDDs for erroers and repair or isolate bad sectors sometimes because these computers are really hard workers and need lots of care or just an image of the system drive.  You can use Checdisk utility from Windows for errors and ghost or others for an image of the System drive.
