Fuji MS01/PIC Software

Hello.  I just registered on this awesome forum.  I work for a tech support company that supports large chain photo labs.  Recently one of our larger clients signed a deal with Fuji to upgrade all of their equipment.  They have since dropped in a lot of Frontier Lite systems running the MS01 software.

Unfortunately, as I have come to expect from Fuji, they have provided us with next to no documentation.  I mean, yes, they gave us the install documentation, and some basic "this is how you do that" things, but that doesn't really help me to understand the issues that I am seeing.

So, does anyone have any documentation or resources on how the MS01 or PIC?  I believe they replaced the "PIC" software with the "MS01" software.  The screens looks a lot similar to the PIC software that I see on Frontier 340 systems (scroll lock 2 if that helps).

I just have no resources to help me understand how all of the components fit together.  For instance, what exactly does Panda do?  What about Simon?  How does the Digital Request Link Spooler work?  Where are the major configuration files?  Log files?  Where does it save it's orders or images to on the hard drive?

If anyone has any experience they would like to share, or know of any resources that I might read, I'd very much appreciate it.  I have scoured Google, but all I can find is press releases on how the Frontier Lite is going to "change tomorrow" or ther buzz words and phrases.

Thank You

you have resources...here it is.... :-)

Panda doing administrtion part including printer management ( pre operation, post operation, setup and maintenance etc.). simon is a SERVICE which running in background related with order managment. but no user intervention need. No need to bother about Digital request link spooler. thats used to communicate with job data base server. log files will create inside the HDD. you can see all the images / photos in folder names "PHOTO"  inside D drive.

regards,
