ghn5ue
Unfortunately, you can't! C4/C5 has no way of cropping images while correcting them. Fuji's solution to this was to introduce C10 "Variety Print" software. How that works is you select Variety Print as the output device rather than your Frontier, color and density correct the files in the view and order screen, and after that is complete you click a button up top to launch the Variety Print application. Here you select what size template you want to crop the images into, then you are able to do the cropping. When complete, another screen allows you to chose what print size you want the images to print on. Very cumbersome and time consuming, especially compared to Noritsu's software which allows you to crop while printing. Another problem with Variety print is it only allows you to place 8 images in an order! Very poorly designed for the cost. Fuji has since introduced new software that allows cropping when in the view and order screen, but it is expensive and not compatable with all of the older Frontier minilabs. vaidean.radu
Thanks ghn5ue. i knew about the variety print method, but i'm better off cropping them before i corect them (in a separate software). I said to myself there's no way Fuji hasent made a crop feature, unfortunatly i was wrong. This is dumb.
