Santa Claus
I have 2 kodak 6800 photo printers. I use them for Santa Photos at the local mall. This season I went to hook up the photo printers to the computer and they were not detected. We have tried plugging them in different USB ports, different computers and nothing. We updated the software, firmware and the photography program (express digital). We have tried everything that we know how to do. The printers are starting up fine and seem to be in great working condition. We have also turned off any firewalls that could somehow be blocking the printers. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? Does anyone know how to reach a kodak technician? Any help or ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks. Santa. Mark Amies
Where did you purchase the printers from? Have you contacted the dealer?
Santa Claus
I purchased the printers from a third party. So we are unable to contact the dealer. I have also tried all of the connections and they are all plugged into properly and tight. It just seems weird that both printers would be responding the same way at the same time. Do you have any other ideas?
