Image Photo Lab
Machine has 100 board on the top section. the board has 8 numbers of 16MB EDO RAM. nowadays it's very hard to find the same RAM. is it possible to change 4 RAM of 32MB instead of 8 RAM of 16 MB. davidlam
Once your power up the Kodak LED II printer and look at the display screen..... Can the Initialization complete without error ? If so ..those Rams on 100 PCB should be okay. How about when you make a test print ( not printing your job files ). Any abnorality or error messages ? This method helps to isolate / Identify if problems within the LED Printer itself or related to external computer (PC or Macintosh ) you are using with Kodak LED Printer. Have you changed the scsi cable between the Printer and external computer ?
Image Photo Lab
When I print direct from the machine(without scsi cable-internal print such as calibration print, 4 pixel grid prints etc.) it gets hang. sometimes machine prints 1 print afer that when i try to print another one it gives message "Printing" after a few moments it gives another message " A Fatal error has occurred, Please Power cycle the Printer"(a non-numeric error). what would be the problem? Please guide us.
