allen3 Posted September 12, 2011 Author Report Share Posted September 12, 2011 Thank you Shahab I have checked the ip and netmask But the problem is the apex is working without problem if there is no setting in the network I mean beside the default one if I change anything it won't print even from local source (usb memory card) that is even before I make any physical connection If I revert back to the old setting I still cannot print I have to restore the apex to get it going Are you using the same v2.0 I am suspecting a bug Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
