Kiosk G3 - v1.7 / Scanner Issue

Received a call from one of the stores my company has a kiosk in.  Apparently they are receiving an error message when trying to use the scanner.  I believe it read as follows: "There are no input images available for this input selection"  With the store being a good hour+ away, I'd like to make sure I have a solution when I get there.  Anyone know possible solutions?  Thanks!

My Friend:

You need to check the Scanner status on your device health check section on Diagnostic .

If your machine seeing the scanner then your USB cable is good and no need to replace that otherwise change the cable.

If your G3 unit seeing the scanner then restart your machine and use the F11 to recover the machine to the latest backup that you have and you should be good to go . ;)
