keiva88
I have a used 20P printer, recently because of the paper jam. The print came out to be out of focus on a side about 2 inches from the edge. Please any one can tell me how to align it? Thanks
ghn5ue
Sounds like a paper tracking issue, causing it to buckle, jam and be out of focus. You can push ball point pen lids into the push button door sensors to fool the machine into operating with the doors open, then load paper while you watch and see where the problem may be. Quite often there is a small shred of paper from a previous jam that is causing the problem. Could also be the tracking adjustment of the shelf that the paper magazine rests on, which will cause the paper to skew towards the front of the machine when loading.
