Clonesoft Posted August 6, 2009 Report Share Posted August 6, 2009 A print has a line on it in all prints. but the white place dont appear i dont no why, the line appear in diferents place of the print. previously have a printer whit the same problem we change the rotor, all the cards practically all the pices and the line appear again, finally we must the change the machine for a short time the prints was good but again IN THE OTHER MACHINE apear the SAME LINE . please i need help i send the sample Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

photocorp Posted August 10, 2009 Report Share Posted August 10, 2009 This looks more like "banding" in the advance section of the exposure unit as it is rendering the image to paper. Similar to that which occurs in MLVA and laser print engines where leading edge of the paper hits an exit guide or roller, or there is a differential in the entry to exit speed of the paper. davidlam Posted August 10, 2009 Report Share Posted August 10, 2009 Throughly clean 2 areas 1) clean the long lead screw and lubricate it with grease 2) clean the 2 finger-like rotor guide pins...
