davidlam
Is your "Rotor" the old type Gen II rotor which had been discontinued by Kodak, or is it already the latest type "DISK Rotor" ???
davidlam
or are you using X-Rite DTP36 to do the calibrations (reading strips back to LED )? ? you may also need a new X-Rite cal strip after years use
ghn5ue
What are the main differences with the newer disk rotor? I am running an older LEDII with the gen II rotor. Works fine, but I imagine it will fail someday. Do the disk rotors have better image quality? Are they more reliable? Just curious..
davidlam
New vendor manufactured "Disk rotor" for Eastman Kodak while the old "Gen II rotor" vendor gone. LED printer owners / customers can't order new "Gen II rotor " anymore when it's gone. The only way to order New vendor's "Disk rotor" from Eastman Kodak. this situation happened at least 3 or 4 years old. No new news !!! Price of a new "Disk Rotor" from Eastman Kodak is almost or even higher than a USED LED machine from the market.
