mike11918
My kodak G3 kiosk will not shut down when I go to setup and shut it down. It does actually shut down, it just does not stay shut down. It automatically turns back on. Does anyone know how to disable this so that when I set it to automatically startup and shutdown it will actually stay shutdown when it is supposed to? Thanks. mike11918
Has anyone got any ideas why the kiosk won't shutdown properly?
cobhamcameras
You have got one of the usb devices plugged into the wrong socket. G3 kiosks are configured to use designated sockets for each device, if a device is plugged into the wrong socket, it creates an error causing he kiosk to restart. mike11918
You are absolutely right! I payed attention when it was shutting down and it says that the Microtouch USB Screen Controller is preventing it from entering Standby mode. I don't think, however, that it is an incorrectly plugged socket. I am hoping that it just needs a driver update. Thanks.
