Renewing service contracts

As the guy who runs photo in the store I work in, it seems to be difficult to get the documents for new service contracts to Kodak.  I know there's probably a simple explanation but the fax returns never seem to arrive at Kodak.  It's getting frustrating when a G3 in one of the stores won't read SD ( it has been reinstalled) ( and no I haven't tried a third party SD reader in the USB slot) and when Christmas approaches and we would like to have 2009 calendars available as well as the new version of the software.  Anyone else finding this happening, Kodak certainly talk to us and we can easily contact. I just can't figure the comunication problem.  The owner of the shop certainly has sent the required info several times :(
