Tote2008
Hello, Someone knows like there is calibrated the sensor that detects the ribbon cyan, magenta and yellow in a thermal printer Kodak 8500? The problem is that it print the first two colors and when it must print the cyan, the process is stopped. Thanks and regards

davidlam
sensor cleaning, potentiometer adjustment on PCB, or lastly replace the part called [PCB-INK 3 LED ], part no 936D220001. One customer said he needs to push the top cover down to have all colors printed, otherwise the last color must be missing and printing cycles incompleted... Tote2008
Thanks Frenchman, Davidlam. I could make all adjustments from SM except, ribbon in patch yellow and LED illuminating blue (lower voltage to 0,05Vdc). The 8500 print well the first copy but does not the second.I must open and close the cover, the printer advance (without print) ribbon 4 patch(Y,M,C,Blank) and print normally. To change Tricolor LED sensor? Regards
