Paper folding

In my dks171o, when printing from 12r roll &  5r ,6r roll using double track magazine then encountering the following problem:

From right feeder: Rear corner of leading edge is being folded(12r) & when using double track,then same problem occurs from rear track

From left feeder: Front corner of leading edge  is being folded(12r)

when using double track,then same problem occurs from front track

I checked & found  that the problem area is from magazine to cutter unit but not sure of the exact point.

So, need your help to fix the problem. Thanks.
